This blend combines specialty-grade Arabica with select Robustas and is slow roasted in small batches for a deep, dark profile that’s both bold and balanced. As the beans develop past the second crack in the roasting process, deep caramelization and subtle roasty notes emerge — giving you a cup that’s rich and lively without being sharp.
