SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
How to Cancel You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at ed@carterscoffeeonline.com or (412) 665-9724. No cancellation fees apply.
When Cancellations Take Effect
- Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent future charges
- You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Modifying Your Subscription You can modify your subscription frequency, skip deliveries, or change products at any time before your next scheduled order processes.
Processing Time Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.
Pausing Your Subscription If you'd like to temporarily pause your subscription instead of canceling, you can do so through your account or by contacting us. Your subscription will remain paused until you choose to resume.
Reactivating a Canceled Subscription You may reactivate a canceled subscription at any time by logging into your account or placing a new subscription order.
